Settlement Agreements

Settlement agreements (previously known as compromise agreements) are used by businesses to manage the exit of an employee from the business. They must be drawn up by a qualified lawyer, and are one of our most frequently requested services. The Director, Nigel has great expertise in drafting these to curtail legal proceedings, but prevent a blanket denial of all legal rights. We will advise and draft an appropriate settlement agreement, and any ‘protected discussions’ your business requires with the employee.
