Nigel is a highly experienced employment lawyer, having worked as a legal practitioner and academic for over 30 years. Nigel offers representation in the form of general and specific advice on all employment law related areas, including front line advocacy in the courts. This extends, for example, to work on complex international TUPE transactions, the conduct of major workplace investigations and complex severance negotiations. Nigel is currently a visiting lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University, delivering postgraduate and masters level programmes. Further, he has developed significant expertise in the delivery of short courses in industry, providing bespoke programmes to meet the requirements of particular business. He also writes published articles in periodic journals, and has been described as an employment law 'Guru' in the academic section of The Independent newspaper.

This extends to working on a range of projects during periods of significant organisational change, frequently in a challenging environment. Lydia has specific expertise in recruitment and selection, training and development, and organisational development. Lydia is keen problem solver, dealing confidently with employee relations matters. Lydia takes a refreshingly practical approach to the provision of advice and support to all clients irrespective of size of business.
